The interview process had two steps for me. First i had a phone interview with the HR manager then i had an interview with the Marketing manager and President. After that I waited a couple days and was offered the job.

Very friendly and informative. The questions were all fairly easy and to the point. You'd do well to at least have a basic understanding of the company and its products beforehand.
