The interviewer opened with asking of your experience in sales, background in customer service, knowledge of product suites, and how you handle/overcome rejection and/or adversity. Also they highlighted the skillset, background, and what they believed would be successful attributes for a candidate to be successful in that position.

The most disorganized interview process I’ve ever been a part of. Never had I had a company show their true colors as clearly as the sales team did at Athelas. Was told I’d be meeting with the sales VP the same day after meeting with the SDR manager. A week goes by including some follow up from myself and all I get is a generic email that they have moved on. A day after that, I get an invite to meet with the sales VP. After a decent meeting, he lets me know they’ll have news for me after 48hours. Another week goes by and I’ve already signed with another company. Since then, I’ve received an invite to a TEAM MEETING, and then received another generic email that they have moved onto other candidates a whole 5 MONTHS since I last spoke with the team. I praise God everyday for not letting me land here.
