The whole process consisted of 6 stages and I was eliminated early on. It took 5 weeks for them to make a decision on who advanced from just the first round. The first interviews were conducted in a very professional manner with just HR and covered the generic question set. They provided a well-developed job description at the start of the process and the interview remained focused on the criteria for the position. That was important to me because I interview on my lunch hours so it needed to fit within an hour. Overall I was happy to be considered for the position and would do it again if the opportunity presents itself. I took off one star because of the magnitude of the difference between contacting me "next week or the week after at the latest" and 5 weeks before I got a decision from them.
