I was called 14 days after I applied. The company has a friendly image. The recruiting process seems to be well organized and, in my opinion, it was better to have a video interview instead of a phone interview. The interview was online and you have around 30 seconds to read and understand the questions. The time to answer the questions is also short (30 sec. - 1 min).
