I applied online and was called in for a group interview with two other people. The store manager did the interview. She didn't make eye contact with me which was a red flag and discouraging. The manager talked a lot about how they are a company for women and strive to help women reach their goals and potential which sounded great; however, I was discouraged that they were completely unwilling to work with my schedule. I am a wife and a mom and looking for a part-time job that was fun. I had TONS of available hours but there were certain times I could not work. I said I was available during the week days and on weekends but that nights would be a little difficult for me since I am a mom of two young children. Again, they were unwilling to go further in the interview process. I have a 4 year degree from a top rated university and I have managed 160 clients in my past career so I was definitely qualified. I was really bummed that there was basically no flexibility at all. I am now interviewing for a competitor and they are much more willing to work with various schedules.
