Phone interview first, depending on that a face to face was scheduled.
I find really annoying how they say they will contact you regardless of the decision, but they never do; and even when you contact HR to ask about results and feedback they are never straightforward with their answers.

The HR reached out to me for the initial details and informed that someone will reach out to me next week. I told them that I will be on site for work with limited access and requested to postpone it to the week after that. She said they will inform the interviewing team. The next week, their team starts calling me at 4 AM in the morning ( thats 9 AM UAE Time and without any prior intimation) 4 times in the span of 5 minutes inspite of me rejecting the call. Although on roaming, I took the call and requested to reschedule it later but never heard back from them.
