Final interview with Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer including presentation on what I would do in the role. Opportunity to meet other staff through process.

Screening interview with another Director. Informal questioning style. This was followed by structured interview with department leads. Questions centred around leadership, commercial acumen and project management skills. I was asked to provide examples.
