The interview was very straightforward and not particularly difficult. I was asked to walk through my portfolio and share some details about my past work experience. There weren’t any technical or design tests involved. If you have a solid portfolio and someone recommending you internally, there’s a high chance you’ll get in.

After the technical discussion, no feedback was shared, even though the interview itself was quite basic. Despite following up for two months, I eventually received a rejection. It was quite a strange experience, especially considering they had mentioned during the interview that they were looking for someone to join within a month.
