The interview process consist of a panel of three individuals, The plant manager, HR manager and another employee with good insight. They all have a list of questions ready to ask you and are looking for top notch responses.

This was an initial phone screening for a Customer Service Rep. Brief conversation of the company and their core values. A discussion of experience and background. Interview was very professional and informative.
