Interview was rushed and unprofessional. The interviewer started asking me questions before I could even sit down. There were only two interviewers for 30-40 candidates, so many of us had to wait nearly an hour just to be interviewed. They did not even take resumes, so all I can assume is that they based their decision choices off of personality.
