Interviewed with Boston Hire first then went to company. Very easy and got the call I got the offer within 10 mins of leaving. Interviewed with Claims Manager and then talked to people in the position.

I went through a staffing agency; it was a very easy process and only consisted of one in-person interview with one of the managers. It was probably a 1/2 hour interview at most.
