Interview was via Zoom with both Assistant Nurse Managers from the floor. They mostly asked generic behavioral questions and about my nursing school experience so far. The vibe was pretty relaxed. I was offered the position within 48 hours.

it was a quick teams meeting with 4-5 people. i was told about the position and all they asked was "tell me about yourself", "how would you handle x scenario", "where do you see yourself in 5 years". very easy. i over prepared as i thought they'd ask me harder questions, i felt like i couldn't sell myself due to lack of questions, but next time I'd just tell them everything in the tell me about yourself part. They were all very nice. I heard back a month later.
