t took a while for them to review my application and reach out for an interview. While I didn't end up getting the position, I felt like the interview process was smooth. The questions were relevant and focused on the position.

Two interviews several days apart. First interview with someone working in the group and second interview with the head of the group. I interviewed for the Artist Development Group and I think the interview content is pretty constant across groups unless applying for a very specialized role.
