Procedure bestaat uit 3 gesprekken. 1e gesprek is een kennismakingsgesprek (wat zijn je sterktes en zwaktes, ...). 2e gesprek is met project teamleader en HR manager (vertel me over je masterproef en opleiding, ...). 3e gesprek is met senior engineer en meer technische vragen over de functie.

3e gesprek: elektrisch schema en pneumatisch schema voorgelegd gekregen en kunnen uitleggen wat de symbolen kunnen betekenen.

There are two steps in the process.
Technical interview and HR interview. Technical interview specialised in control knowledge and Design knowledge. They may ask about FAT and commissioning experience.
PLC and HMI experience might help.

Aptitude round on AON, followed by group discussion and personal + HR interview rounds. Whole process is very engaging. The recruiting managers are friendly. The aptitude test is more like a game that tests your critical reasoning ability and problem solving ability, so be calm and complete the test within time with major focus on accuracy rather than on solving number of questions.
