Had phone interview with HR and video interview with department manager.
Interviews were orthodox without difficult questions.
Asked about some behavioral questions, educational background and manufacturing related experience from school.
No on site interview was required.

It took a week to get the interview and then get the decision. Was interviewed by the project team lead and HR. The interview was in person, as I was a local candidate.
