Initial interview was with owner at a nice restaurant, then I had another interview in office with potential boss, she asked very basic questions and I knew I had the job by the way she reacted. I could tell this was the only place she has ever worked.

really easy, like all interviews I go on I bring another copy of my resume, neither time did they even look at it. It was really me asking questions about the company, I should have asked more, but I don't think they would have been forthright with me.

Casual yet productive. A lot of good questions about my experience and expectations. Very informative. Left a positive impression whether the job is accepted or not. I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions about company culture as well as benefits.
