i applied and was notified by their applicant tracking system that my resume was being reviewed. Shortly thereafter I received a canned e-mail from a recruiter asking me to complete their "Security Analyst Challenge" within 5 business days. I was very intrigued and excited for the challenge as I could tell by the questions they would indeed present a challenge. While currently working my full-time job and also in regular conversations with other employers in the area I worked to complete the challenge as directed within the time allotted. Once completed, I responded with my answers as specified. Unfortunately, throughout the process there was no human interaction. Canned intro response with test attached and canned e-mail declining to move forward. The test itself requires a significant amount of time to complete and although I asked for feedback after submittal they were unwilling to provide specifics so that I could learn from the experience.
