One technical phone interview followed by an on-site with 3 rounds (1 cultural & 2 technical). The phone interview had 2 questions, the 2nd one was an improvisation on the first. I got a call for the on-site round. "None of the interviewers were good English speakers and had a lot of trouble in their communication." Culture round: The interviewer comes in, tells his name and starts the questions right away without introducing himself and what he does at the company. I'm not even paraphrasing this--one of the questions he asked was, "Have you ever screwed or screwed up a customer?", Really? This round was obnoxious and I got a feeling that Atlassian people think they have the best culture in the whole world--I'm sorry, apparently not. JS round(interviewer & a shadow): Whiteboard discussion on building JS components. Algorithm round(interviewer & a shadow): The interviewer was a junior engineer and the shadower was distracting quite a bit. I like Atlassian as a company but this was one of my worst interview experiences & would not recommend!!!

very organised and questions are related, very good experience in general. please prepare a bit of algorithms, does not need to be difficult, but easy ones will be involved in your code testing.
