Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Atlassian (Sydney) nel mese di mag 2019
Colloquio
Applied online and did most of my interviews over VC as was interstate. Quite a long interview process including..
1. Initial phone screen (with internal recruiter).
2. Project (Pick an app, things you like, things you'd improve + general questions around roadmap and metrics).
3. Technical interview w/ Snr PM (covered questions around the PM craft e.g., Pick an app you like and how you'd go about improving it? What product would you want to work on at Atlassian? Why? How would you improve it? etc).
4. Whiteboard session w/Snr PM (focused on talking about a project you've taken from concept and how you approached it).
5. Problem solving/product design final w/head of PM (Get a general feel of how you approach problems and uncertainty and how you break it down and communicate).
Overall process was great. Feedback was positive across all interviews but the last interview struck out compared to the other candidates due to exp (weird though considering the feedback for the fast couple of interviews, passed with flying colours). Would have been nice to get progressive feedback as I went a long so I could refine. Need a bit more info as well instead of just "product design + problem solving". Otherwise enjoyed it even though I didn't get an offer.

It was very slick, they have a well defined process which HR will talk you through. it will vary team to team a bit but they do explain things. Found I needed to ask some clarification questions though as there is a fair bit of complexity around their remuneration
Interview process was standard, but they ended up going with an internal candidate, per expectation. I had three interviews, with the hiring manager attending each. It was a little disappointing to find out they had just been going through the motions of interviewing, when they were already planning to hire internally.
Screen with the recruiter, then interviews with peer product managers and a culture fit interview. Recruiter checked in after every round except the last one. They didn't communicate a decision explicitly, but sent me a survey about my experience, at which point I figured they weren't going to hire me.
