The coding round was traditional coding question. I answered the question, followups, and any clarifications. However, it seemed that interviewer didn't like me at all. The values and Q&A round went pretty well. We had discussions and things went smoothly. But the last guy didn't seem to know what to ask and randomly talking about existing problems like he wanted me to solve his current project. It felt like all of them were making things up as they go. Some of them even commented that my experience is too high even though it matched the job description.

Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees

Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
