4 questions, starting off fairly easy and escalating in difficulty
HR phone interview:
30 minutes, simple behavioral questions, HR walks you through some information about Atlassian.
Virtual Interview:
3 Zoom interviews in series with a break after the first two.
First one with the principal developer talking about a project I worked on.
Second, a quick hackerrank environment with another developer asking very simple programming questions. (array manipulation)
Third with a manager which was mostly behavioral

Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees

Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
