Er werd snel contact met mij opgenomen, nadat ik online had gesolliciteerd. Daarna ben ik geslaagd voor de Skype meeting en een reeks vragen die ik moest beantwoorden via de email. Toen moest ik thuis software testen maken en de resultaten opsturen, JIRA, Bamboo enz. Tenslotte had ik het sollicitatiegesprek met een erg gespannen vent en dat was het, geen baan.

Het proces voor het interview was heel vlot en vriendelijk, maar toen ik naar het gesprek ging dacht ik eerlijk gezegd dat ik met de verkeerde persoon sprak. Het ging over een fictieve situatie, uitgelegd op papier. Om het te begrijpen, kreeg ik 5 minuten
HR screening round on phone. It was then followed by 2 technical interviews on REST APIs, SQL, Networking, SSO/SAML, front end troubleshooting, scenario based question. The questions were good and not that difficult as it was for mid or junior level

Atlassian’s interview process includes a one-hour technical interview followed by a one-hour troubleshooting-focused interview conducted by technical leads. Once those stages are cleared, there are two additional cultural fit interviews, each an hour long, led by members of the management team.

It was a typical interview process. I was reached out to by a recruiter. After an initial screen, there was a team interview with a small tech interview, then a panel interview that included a values interview from someone from another team, then the final round was the hiring manager.
