Colloquio
Interview process was very smooth and clear.
Had a first round of simple questions around database, network, OS.
Cleared that and went on to next round of deep dive interview where advanced troubleshooting questions were asked. Most of them I could answer barring a couple of them.
Pros:
Interview panel ensured enough time was given to candidate for responding.
Communication throughout the interview stage was top notch.
Super fast feedback about selection/rejection
Cons:
Panel needs to understand that if a candidate has more than 10 years of experience in Support then definitely he/she can work. However assessing troubleshooting skills based on just what the panel has seen in his/her experience only, is unfair in my opinion as different people encounter different issues at work and all have a different approach in problem solving.

HR screening round on phone. It was then followed by 2 technical interviews on REST APIs, SQL, Networking, SSO/SAML, front end troubleshooting, scenario based question. The questions were good and not that difficult as it was for mid or junior level

Atlassian’s interview process includes a one-hour technical interview followed by a one-hour troubleshooting-focused interview conducted by technical leads. Once those stages are cleared, there are two additional cultural fit interviews, each an hour long, led by members of the management team.

It was a typical interview process. I was reached out to by a recruiter. After an initial screen, there was a team interview with a small tech interview, then a panel interview that included a values interview from someone from another team, then the final round was the hiring manager.
