As much as Atlassian prides itself on the way it treats it’s employees, you can NOT say the same for how they treat people interviewing. Ghosting is the one of the most unprofessional things in job interviews. I interviewed with the recruiter first, then the hiring manager. What happened next? Nothing. I sent an email to the recruiter for follow up. What happened next? Nothing.
I guess I dodged a bullet. No way could such an unprofessional company actually treat their employees very well.

It was smooth and soft. The questions were average but it took more time asi was told to elaborate more on my experiences and skills. In my opinion the questions were little difficult but answerable.

Phone interview with recruiter, then a very basic assessment. Next was the interview with the hiring manager, all was going well. Then there was a panel interview. I guess this company interviews across teams. One of my interviewers was extremely abrasive with the questions. I do not think it is necessary to speak to candidates this way when the goal of an interview is to assess experience and fit. Maybe its their personality, maybe they were having a bad day, maybe more training is needed for this individual or maybe this is appropriate at this company.
