It started nicely. The Unit manager was pretty nice and reasonable person. The one of the peer manager was very good person too but for the other peer manager, it was difficult to communicate. He was interrupting every sentence of me. I felt the negative attitude deeply. I know that my process ended negatively because of him.
The other thing is the recruiter. He never responses to your emails even if the process continues positive.
Atlassian is a great company, I hope they deserve better people to work with.

The interview process was 6 or 7 steps. Some basic interview, then tech ones, then management ones. I can't remember properly all the steps.
HR person started very organised, I would receive emails to prepare, with questions that will be asked.
HR person would also call after interviews and give feedback and ask for mine.
I was ghosted. The first interview with their hiring team went really well, however the position got filled and they recommended me to another similar position. The interview for that one went also well. I was really please with the process at this point: it was all very clear and organized. I even filled their satisfaction survey to highlight it. I was contacted to go to the next stage (out of 6 in total), replied with my next availability and was never contacted again. I sent a follow up which was unanswered as well, so to this day I don't know what went wrong in the process.
