The Interview process wasn't well sticthed & was leaky. There were long breaks in every stage without keeping the candidate informed. As a growing organisation, it should be more prompt on this front to create a great candidate experience. Also, the rejection rationale was highly unconvincing after all the interview rounds. It was ONLY in the end that they deciphered the candidate expectation with reference to growth & comp. Clearly looked like they had not read the resume well to do the right fit internally & were unprepared for such questions.

It’s impossible to get past the technical recruiter, Amy. Her interviews last all of 11 minutes and there is difficulty linking real world experience to the role. It’s almost as though if you don’t have the exact job description word for word, your other relatable experience doesn’t matter.
