I was contacted shortly after my application for a digital interview. It was a very straightforward interview with no trick questions, assessing the fit to the role and talking about previous experience. I received honest feedback and the overall experience was pleasant.
Thorough but more of a lengthy process—six interviews, including a values interview, presentation, and role play. Not difficult, but time-consuming; requires strong preparation. Numerous questions about your experience, how you'd handle various scenarios, and your motivation for wanting to join Atlassian.

It's a very lengthy process but honestly, you learn so much throughout it all. Everyone is eager to help you in any way they can. Atlassian makes sure they hire the right individuals that have their values so make sure your's align. Almost all the interviews are very conversational like as well which is really nice.
