2) Program Manager Interview
3) Panel interview with 3 interviewers (separate interviews but all in one day- 1 Team members, 1 value member, 1 hiring manager) with one of the interviews being a hypothetical case study.
The recruiting team did provide a resource guide to help with preparing for the interview. The recruiter stated early on that they would do a prep call before the final interview panel but that didn't happen for me. There also seemed to be some disconnect between the interviewers and the recruiter as to what the scope of the position was going to be.

It’s impossible to get past the technical recruiter, Amy. Her interviews last all of 11 minutes and there is difficulty linking real world experience to the role. It’s almost as though if you don’t have the exact job description word for word, your other relatable experience doesn’t matter.

Fair - interview questions were as expected with slight depth into certain work experiences that were relevant to the role. There is no need to stress; be confident in what you bring to the table.
