A recruiter reached out to me and asked a few questions for about 20 minutes. After that, they told me someone else would contact me to schedule a technical interview. Eventually, a different person sent me links to schedule it, and I had my first technical interview. Afterward, they asked me to schedule a second technical interview, which ended up being rescheduled twice. In the end, I wasn’t offered the position. While both interviewers did a good job, I feel like the process could have been streamlined into one interview to save time. Other observations both Team members seemed to really enjoy their roles, which is a good sign.
