Recruiters really want you to succeed.
First round is the Karat Interview. This is an online interview with someone from a 3rd party service. First person I had was really dismissive and actually made me repeat myself quite a bit, which when under time pressure, is annoying. Second person was amazing. You get one retry.
Next step is a coding interview followed by a systems design interview. This depends on role you are going for but generally difficult DSA/Systems leet code questions

Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees

Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
