Technical questions were not prepared in advance. Multiple interviewers started their blocks by saying "I have not had time to prepare a question for this interview", and spent more time correcting their prompts than performing an interview. Hopefully they can clean up their interview act, and not waste interviewees time. 2x phone screening, 5 session on-site.
