HR sent me an email, set a date for the interview, and I watch the interview.
They explain their project and ask if they have any questions. I got an offer two weeks after the interview.

The interview process was very chill, casual and friendly . I was all done through video chat, and very neatly organized by the recruiter. They were very genuine about their passion for the studio and the projects.
