3 different virtual interviews that all took 2-3 weeks in between to schedule. The entire team went radio silent after the last one (after multiple attempts to contact) even though all 3 interviewers gave positive feedback. After a process that took over 2 months I only received an AI crafted message with no feedback and no explanation as to why they were not moving forward with my profile. It became increasingly evident that the team is in dire need of a Talent Manager that understands that when a team is that small, every single interface with someone from outside of the company is important.
