Fairly informal. A few emails back and forth to schedule the in person interview. Once at the interview, I had a panel-like interview from their team. They asked some pretty standard questions. After the initial panel-interview, I had a 1:1 with one of the founders at Starbucks and had, what seemed like a cultural fit interview. Making sure I was sane and easy to work with. It was pleasant.
