I was called for interview on Weekend at Pune phase 2 office. Firstly, I had to fill up a form. Then I kept waiting for about 2 hrs for the interview. Finally, I got called for the interview and the recruitment person realised that I was there for SAP CRM and not ABAP. Then, I was told to wait for another couple of hrs since they did not have panel for SAP CRM available. They somehow managed to find one interviewer for the telephonic round. The interview difficultly was ok and interviewer was courteous. The similar mess happened last time, about an year back when I attended interview at Atos. Even then the interview panel was not available for SAP CRM and some interviewer was arranged for telephonic interview. What was good: 1. The employees were courteous, even HRs were sorry for the mess related to interview panels. 2. Seating arrangement for people accompanying the interviewee. What was bad: 1. I was not asked for the technology upfront when I got call from recruitment person. 2. Panel not available. 3. Took too long for the interview to begin, about 5.5 hrs. 4. The interview was telephonic. 5. Resume available with interviewer was not the latest one that I provided. 6. I already had offer in hand, but recruitment person never asked whether there's any offer in-hand.
