Colloquio
- First of all there will be a written test which basically consists of English (vocabulary, definitions, antonyms, synonyms, Q&A's based on paragraphs etc ) and Numericals based on profit/loss, work, ratios,average etc.
- Then they might ask the all the candidates appearing for the written test to write a comprehension on a topic of their choice. Everybody gets the same topic and its generally on current affairs (We had How to make the nation more secure for women)
-These were the only two things that happened at our campus to shortlist the candidates for interviews

Now, if you are through with the written test, then the interview wouldn't be too much of a hassle for you, its the easy part. There are two parts to it: Technical interview and HR interview.
Technical
- Just brush up your basics in C, C++, OS and Data structure
- They ask you to write a few programs and tell them the logic used or they might just ask you the logic for a problem.(they asked me to write a program to count the lines in a file and also a sorting algorithm)
- They might even ask an odd question from DBMS on queries or ACID property
- Know the projects mentioned in your CV well, as they do question you from them.
HR
- Here the HR just asks you the basic stuff and wants know you well.
- HR might ask you why you want to join the company, about your CG and stuff you've written on CV
stay cool and answer with confidence and the job will be yours :)

Colloquio
Recruiter from Atos Polska reached to me and asked to feel the form on the very crooked website. Then she phoned me without any notice. She laughed at my Polish several times (I have an accent). She said that she will send my CV to the hiring manager and will keep me up do date. After 1 week I kindly asked is there any information. In a rude tone she answered that I have to wait more and will receive a letter with approval or rejection. After the month of waiting I decided to kindly ask for the follow up. She never responded
Videollamada en Teams con la persona encargada de la selección de personal, en la que interactuamos durante unos 30 minutos aproximadamente y posteriormente se procedió a la realización de preguntas técnicas sobre tecnologías que se iban a usar

Very hard asked to solve 2 coding questions and basics of Dotnet and went upto 45 min, mainly focused on problem solving skill and accuracy you made to solve, so I can say interview went hard.
