You can have a face to face technical interview, after thorough screening. Prepare specific questions related to software and hardware basic troubleshooting, some key terms. If you apply for a language dependent role some vocabulary is required in French, English or German.

1°) Applied on the company website.
2°) 30min phone call mainly to check your english.
3°) Invited within 2 next weeks for a 1hour meeting at the company offices with the HR manager the Head of service and Head of department.
4°) Called the day after to inform you that you have been selected
5°) E-mail with a detailed offer for the job
