Stage 1: Psychometric tests at first stage covering verbal reasoning, maths and logical reasoning. Stage 2: Video interview consisting of various situational questions. Stage 3: Assessment Centre, 3 stage assessment centre starting with a group task then moving to a presentation with 1 assessor and finishing with a 1-1 interview. Stage 4: Basic code test available in either Java or Go with management.
