Gegenseitige Vorstellung, kurzer Umriss der Tätigkeit und Aussichten. Hierbei ging es primär um den Erstkontakt der Recruiterin. Es wurde der weitere Ablauf erläutert, bei Interesse gäbe es ein nächstes Gespräch mit der Fachabteilung.

I had a phone interview where I was asked general and competency questions. They asked me to answer using the STAR scheme. The questions were based on the keywords from the job description. For example, for the keyword 'teamwork', they asked me to describe a recent situation where I worked in a team. I received the result of the interview after a few days. The overall process was very fast.

Het was een erg prettig gesprek met de Unit Manager, deze ging voornamelijk in op mijn persoonlijkheid en manier van werken, dan de daadwerkelijke kennis. Dit kwam later ter spraken in een vervolg gesprek met de zelfde Unit Manager. Uit eindelijk ben ik ook zijn Unit aan het werk gegaan.
