1 phone call - with recruitment team
1 phone call - tecnical interview with line manager
1 face to face - technical interview with senior project manager
1 face to face - interview with Human Resources department.
*quite a long recruitment process. It took me almost 30 days to be invided to face to face interviews and another 30 to get a feedback.

Phone-calls were technical but general questions.
1:1 interview was intense, with lots of technical and practical question that required a specific answers.
Most of the questions were related to Project management practicies, theory, proceses, lifecycles etc. etc.
Lenghty process including completing long winded forms that don't relate to the job at all, did one interview, got a call back only for HR to not know i've interviewed before and saying they'll check internally and come back. They came back 3 months later with an offer but i was already working at a new company.

Role was on the senior side so got specific questions about similar experience.
So had interview on phone screen, and then after two weeks they told md meeting with the team so it was panel interview and then did a project test to evaluate and then go go in ceo interview

Initial Screening Call by the Human Resources team followed by an HR Interview Then a technical assignment then a Technical Interview with a technical lead to determine the technical capabilities and fit for the job
