      Colloquio

      During the interview, the HR representative exhibited unprofessional behavior. Most weird thing I find is that there were 3 people and none of them turn their camera and they expect candidate to turn on their camera. It's not necessary but still you can feel the vibes of such interviews. It was frustrating that the interviewer lacked the necessary experience to properly evaluate candidates based on logical reasoning, instead relying on rote memorization. The interview began without any introduction from the interviewer, and subsequent questions seemed to lack coherence, leaving me feeling confused about what was expected. For instance, I provided a sound solution for handling corrupt records in PySpark but was disappointed to learn that the interviewer was only interested in my knowledge of specific field names. Additionally, the interviewer seemed unfamiliar with my responses to some questions, which made me question the purpose of the interview. Some of the subsequent questions were easy, but were only mugged up facts. I would not recommend pursuing opportunities with such companies unless no other options are available. Fortunately, I had an offer from a reputable product-based company, and I was eager to conclude the interview quickly. I have no interests in waiting to hear from them. That's why I choose the option as No for offer
