a. Telephonic discussion by our Human Resources personnel
b. Online evaluation on your technical and analytical ability
c. Telephonic or Skype interview with a Technical expert at Syntel

Applied online and was invited to first round of telephonic interview (basically talking to their HR personnel). They sent me a schedule without asking my availability nor checking whether I confirmed it. They called at scheduled time regardless and no technical questions were asked.

Horrible interview process. Recruiter calls me and I couldn't understand much of what he was saying so I politely asked him to repeat the question. He then basically told me that I wasn't fit for Syntel and that they would call me if any other positions would open up.
