Thoughtful and great candidate experience, particularly the on-site. Interviewers very friendly and knowledgable, schedule was transparent and well managed. Had both technical and cultural interviewers, and lunch was a great opportunity to meet more team members.

The interview process began with a scheduled 30-minute phone screen. I had a unique background that made Atrium's product of particular interest to me. Only lightly touched on technical topics during the phone screen. I was next invited to participate in a timed coding challenge. The challenge was fairly straight forward. I didn't complete it in the allotted time, and Atrium passed on me. Although it didn't result in an offer, the process was pleasant and fair overall.
