First interview was the usual phone screen with the recruiter. I then was asked to do an in person interview with the recruiter to further go though my resume and the job responsibilities at the partnered location. Then, an in person interview was arranged between the supervisor and I at the company I was to work for through Atrium.

Received an email to schedule a phone interview. The email was “Dear $candidate first name$” and a phone number. Called, left a message. Recruiter calls me back a couple of hours later while I am in the middle of cooking dinner at about 445pm. She then immediately places me on a 5 minute hold. When she comes back, I try to politely ask to reschedule a time that is better suited for both of us. She skips over this and says the “interview” will only take a few minutes. It took 30. She said my resume was “bad and unreadable” and that my salary exceptions were “laughably wrong”. For context, I have had several interviews in which my resume was specifically complimented. Additionally, said positions salaries were spot on with my range. Horrible experience with recruiter and I will actively avoid in the future
