      Colloquio per Event Manager

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Atrium Health nel mese di gen 2026

      Colloquio

15 min recruiter interview, 30 minute interview with teammate (possibly supervisor, a little unclear if I'd be reporting to her), 1 hour interview that consisted of 3 separate interviews: 1-same person as 2nd interview, 2-chief o staff of Dean's Office, 3- a 3-person panel. The job posting included a salary band of $63k-$95k. On the application, it asked what my desired salary was, I submitted $95k. During that initial recruiter interview, I was asked about my desired salary, I stated that due to my current salary and experience I was looking or the next step in my career and reiterated $95k. I was offered $80k. I declined and said I'm looking for $95k. The hiring team came back with $85k. Again I declined and I was asked what number I was looking for. I stated that I'm firm at $95k (readers: this is now the 4th time, I stated my desired salary). They came back with a final offer of $87k. I declined the role. My current role is at $85k and fully remote (this role is in-office 4 days a week) so it is not worth it for a $2k increase and going in-office. It was a very frustrating experience, frankly a little insulting and honestly a waste of time for both parties as they clearly weren't serious about the top of their salary range.
