Telephone interview gauging mostly personality questions. Also asking what seemed to be some pre-set CRM related questions.
Once I passed that - they brought me in for an in person interview. Discussed my experience and interest with another senior BA. Finally, quizzing me on technical CRM questions and giving me a practical CRM related exam.
