The interview and hiring process was quite easy. I applied online and I spoke with the HR person who had only been working there 2 weeks. The first interview was an on the phone interview, very basic stuff - it almost seemed like they were going to hire me after the phone interview. The in-person interview was kind of informal. I sat outside and chatted with the HR recruiter and she basically told me I had the job. She said I am 90% sure I will hire you, it depends on the number of employees they are looking to hire but you are in my top 2 choices. The staff there said most people only get hired on referral.
