Had a phone interview with a recruiter where she asked about my background and my previous places of employment. She asked my career goals and explained the next steps of the interview process. She said she was going to set me up with an interview with the hiring manager for the following week after we ended the phone call. I waited 2 days and never heard back. I sent a follow up email that received no reply. After that I was uninterested by the extremely unprofessional recruiter.
