Company is notorious for having a 4-6 step multi-step interview process with a take home test that’s actually free labour on your behalf. They do not have your best interests in mind. They also don’t let you negotiate on salary. When I interviewed for my role, I found out one of the managers in the process actually advocated to cut my salary down by 5k than they initially budgeted the role for. Actually insane. I found this out once I spoke to more members on the team. They do NOT have your best interests in mind and I implore anyone reading this review to look up the companies in your desired department on LinkedIn and tell me how many have actually gotten promotions. You’ll find the answer to be close to none, and that’s NOT a coincidence. If you’re going to join this company, do so SHORT-TERM.

Multiple rounds of interviews including culture screen, case study, meeting potential manager and team, head of product. Felt like a standard interview process, nothing was out of the ordinary or unexpected. Follow-ups were timely and informative.

What is your experience interacting with software engineers?
There were about 5 different interviews as part of the process. Everyone was friendly, however the process took so long that I ended up accepting another company's offer in the meantime before finding out if AudienceView had an offer for me.

They asked to do a live case study with a made up scenario involving their industry. I liked that it was during the interview time - no take home work.
