After applying for the role, I was called in for an interview with Operations Manager at Audley who discussed the role, my previous experience and job expectations. We met some of the owners and staff after the meeting.

There were also some situational questions, like how I would handle a difficult visitor or a busy front desk. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and they seemed focused on finding someone who could stay organized and maintain a welcoming presence. I left feeling like the interview went well.
